These Terms govern your use of ilaunchyou.com and the I Launch U Growth Suite service operated by I Launch U LLC.

1. The Service

Growth Suite is a business software subscription delivered on a third-party software platform on which we provision and configure your account.

2. Billing

• Setup fee — a one-time fee ($297 Starter / $497 Pro) charged at checkout.
• Subscription — billed monthly in advance, renewing automatically until cancelled.
• Usage charges — billed separately at platform usage rates based on actual consumption.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Use the service lawfully — including obtaining proper consent before messaging your contacts.
• Keep your login credentials secure and your account information accurate.
• You own your data. You grant us access only to operate and support the service.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, or lead volume.

6. Limitation Of Liability

I Launch U's total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim arose.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
